We aim to find a professional with high level of responsibility and experience in the DMC field, able to manage a team of professionals and develop client base in a consistent manner. The role requires dedication, and effective management in a very competitive market.

• Finding new customer and increasing department sales; while keeping existing clients satisfied
• Leading a team of experienced people (with proficient problem solving and guidance for performance)
• Advising French speaking Travel agents or Tour Operator on travel inbound programs
• Creating travel inbound itineraries + brochure and work with product department on market needs
• Offering support for reservation and operation entities on a team and at a customer level
• Liaising with accounting department on administration purposes
• Accompanying travel agents on FAM trips or sites inspection trips if required
• Coordinating digital marketing with marketing department (newsletters)
• Dynamic thinker with operational ideas on leading the team
• Holding 24 hour emergency calls of clients onsite

• Female aged at least 30 years old
• French native speaker and excellent English communication
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Hospitality Business Management or any related field
• Extensive knowledge of Thailand as a destination (where to go, what places to see, etc).
• Knowledge and experience in Tourism, Travel Agencies or Hotel
• Service-minded, knows how to treat customers right
• Strong sales skills, knows how to increase a customer base
• Good attitude and personality with commercial awareness
• Proactive, Computer literate (Microsoft Office) and Able to work under pressure
