PURPOSE: Coordinate and drive the execution of a balanced seasonal product line. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive merchandising plan in order to drive sales according to marketing plan and company target.

• Assortment planning, Forecast order and Shipment distribution planning
• Monitor Daily Sales Performance, Sell Through analysis
• Provide sell into recaps by country, season, color, and category – make recommendations to design and merchandising based on observations.
• Reviews success of previous orders to help determine future inventory needs and product exclusions
• Develop product and sales trend knowledge and suggest programs that benefit the inventory flow and execution
• Coordination of wholesale and retail pricing and Assist in seasonal pricing review to maximize margins by division and total company.
• Work with production and design to meet margin goals set by Division.
• Manage and coordinate all pricing of special orders, requests and exclusives.
• Coordinate, manage and allocate projections with domestic, international, and retail sales.
• Assist in creation of seasonal development plan between Merchandising, Sales and Design.

• Bachelor's Degree in fashion merchandising or Business Administrative required
• 2-3 years of previous Merchandising experience
• Understanding of retail distribution, allocation, and visual merchandising practices
• Capable of creating and analyzing statistical and financial reports related to merchandise issues
• Organizational and time management skills; excellent with coordinating timelines and delivering on multiple deadlines
• Detail-oriented, process-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
• Presentation skills
• Strong communication skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Photoshop and Illustrator helpful.
