- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจระบบ E-commerce , Online Marketing และ Social Media เป็นอย่างดี
- บริหารจัดการ และปรับปรุงกลยุทธ์ E-commerce , Website และสื่อ Social ทุกสื่อเพื่อพัฒนาระบบการขาย Online ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ (จัดทำแผนการตลาดรายปี รายไตรมาส หรือรายเดือนเสนอผู้บริหาร)
- รายงานการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากสื่อ Social ต่างๆ ให้ผู้บริหารทราบ เพื่อนำไปวางแผนในการสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์และเพิ่มยอดขาย
- พัฒนาช่องหาวิธีการสื่อสารใหม่ๆ ที่สอดคล้องกับเทรนของตลาดและความต้องการของบริษัท
- วางแผนในการสร้าง content ที่จะทำให้ลูกค้าเกิดความสนใจและเกิดการเข้าชม Website และสื่อ Social ทุกสื่อ
- วางแผนการใช้สื่อ การทำโฆษณาในช่องทางต่างๆ และงบประมาณในการทำโฆษณาเพื่อดึงลูกค้าเข้าสู่ Website และสื่อ Social ต่างๆ
- สร้าง Community ใน Website เพื่อให้เกิด Customer Engagement
- ดูแล Customer Service เช่น Live Chat ตอบคำถามและแก้ปัญหาที่ลูกค้าติดต่อเข้ามาทาง Website , E-mail หรือช่องทางต่างๆ
- วางแผนปรับปรุง Website และสื่อ Social ทุกสื่อให้เหมาะสมและดูทันสมัยตลอดเวลา
- Update ผลิตภัณฑ์ , ข้อมูลกิจกรรม , ข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ต่างๆ ใน Website และสื่อ Social ทุกสื่อ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับทีมงานเฉพาะกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ทีม PR ทีมกิจกรรม และควบคุมดูแลค่าใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่กำหนด
- ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของกิจกรรมต่างๆ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการทำกิจกรรมครั้งต่อไป
- ชาย หรือ หญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาดและบริหารธุรกิจ / นิเทศศาสตร์ / นิเทศศาสตร์สื่อดิจิตอล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 2- 10 ปีในงานด้าน Social Media , Online Marketing หรือการสื่อสารแบรนด์
- สามารถเขียน Content ได้
