PM-Support (Afternoon Shift)

We are looking for talented professionals to join our growing support team. You will be leading a squad to produce awesome websites for our clients, manage expectation of all related stakeholders, and occasionally get on phone to nurture relationships with our clients.

Your daily job includes delegating tasks to team members on active projects, attending stand-up meetings, managing Trello-cards, and calling our US-based clients at night. As a front-line position, you bear a deep responsibility to ensure that our clients have an extraordinary service experience that builds strong relationships.

This is an entry-mid level position that has a great growth potential for you to shine within our organization

Applicants must be available for an in-office interview. No remote interviews will be conducted. We want to see our potential new teammates in person!

You will be working as a part of our 24x5 support team, managing updates to clients' website via our support desk and live chats, with occasional phone calls, and screen shares. This requires the ability to carefully read and review client requests, and work with the teams to complete the projects.

You must take special pride in communicating and delighting our clients. We are fanatically focused on client satisfaction. As a front-line position, you bear a deep responsibility to ensure that our clients have an extraordinary service experience that builds strong relationships.

Your working hour would be around 12.00 - 9.00 pm. A shift bonus will be provided for team members working in shifts to compensate the lifestyle changes required.

  • Strong English proficiency with excellent writing and communications skills
  • A keen eye for detail and quality. You'll have the final responsibility for quality control
  • A team player and know how to work with a cross-cultural team
  • A desire to keep learning new tools and trends
  • You will have to be present in Thailand for the interview
  • Working hour: 12.00 - 9.00pm for daytime
  • Bonus Points
  • Technical skills in HTML, Javascript, CSS, Photoshop, and Wordpress
  • 2 year experience in similar roles in web production or customer services roles
  • A master's degree (just that you won't go back to school full time)
