Job Description

Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern Java technologies. Participate in system architecture design and technical decision-making. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams. Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend components. Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability. Prepare technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities. Support production deployment and post-production activities when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Java development. Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 and core Java concepts. Experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security. Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications:

Experience with Microservices Architecture. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.
