  • Implement processes to proactively identify data discrepancies including missing transactions, missing customer information, duplicate data, customer merge errors, etc.
  • Verify data collection process and routine address cleaning function, maintaining specific customer attributes and safeguarding access.
  • To find business insight and opportunity from analysis then recommend way to improve / opportunity to business to gain more customers and sales.
  • Provide profitability analysis for management to measure product/segment performance and support the development of business strategies and plans.
  • Analyzing, manipulating and modeling the data to support the delivery of the business and maximize customer development.
  • To develop predictive models to prioritize campaigns and maximize ROI using customer and prospect data.
  • Evaluate and interpret report that identifies growth area within customer segments, departments/categories and brands.
  • Management of a variety of ad hoc data analysis project with a requirement to translate this into meaningful insight for the Business.
  • Maintain and improve the quality of customer database.Provide performance reports of CRM to related party for evaluating the effectiveness and further development.

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration.
  • 5 years of experience in Quantitative analysis or related fields.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous concepts into concrete plans with data driven analysis and results.
  • Good reporting and analytical skills.
  • Good command in English.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics NAV Software is preferable
