• Prepare monthly Financial Reports in variance analysis (by channels, products)
• Responsible for preparation of budget and financial forecast model ( Long-rage Plan, Annual Plan, Rolling forecast), covering forecasting P&L, Balance sheet, portfolios and, products KPI
• Drive financial alignment between all functions (Commercial and Operation) via effective, efficient communication in order to maximize financial results and achieve timely, accurately financial forecasting and reporting
• Work closely with cross-functional team to make certain that monthly rolling forecasts are supportable given current business assumptions.
• Make recommendations to keep performance on track as appropriate.
• Develop monitoring reporting mechanism to help management fully aware of current business and financial situation comparing to target
• Develop decision support model and analysis on product and campaign decision

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minumum 8-10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Planning, Reporting, Financial analyst or Cost analysis
• Experiences in Manufacturing business, Trading or FMCG business.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong experience in financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis, planning, forecasting and management reporting.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong experience in use of Excel and Power point, though knowledge of SAP is preferable.
• Comfortable to work on a team or independently and drive results.
