- To be the best Talent Acquisition partner with Business Unit.
- Implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
- Utilizing all recruitment sourcing/acquisition channels to find candidates
- Conduct a full recruitment process from sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer, reference checking, negotiation, to onboarding.
- Handle end-to-end internship process including contact university, roadshow, and etc. (If Any)
- Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies.
- Assisting in any ad-hoc project of People Excellence team to deliver quality outcomes.
