Job position

To arrange all airfreight shipment booking with the airlines and ensure that every shipment moves within the customer's transit time requirements, negotiates the best possible price with the airline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cordial & cooperative relationship with our airlines partners.
• Daily contact with airlines to make booking space for our airfreight shipment.
• Manage and fulfill airlines allotment and tonnages as per carrier RFQ contract.
• Utilize space allocation and monitoring carrier's airlines performance.
• Prepare space allocations in advance. (Proactive Flight planning).
• Monthly tonnage report for each carrier RFQ contract.
• Support & conduct planning team to build perfect consolidation shipment to reduce airlines IATA rates under customers Standard Operation Procedure requirement.
• Contact airlines for special buying rate for ad-hoc shipment.
• Provide necessary airlines information to Air Operations & Pricing Team.
• Adherence to procedures relating to accrual of costs, invoicing, cross charging, completion of shipment files and general administration.

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Airfreight forwarding and Air Freight planning with Logistics field preferred.
• Good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
• Advanced command in English both oral and written
