Supply Chain Department Manager

atInterthai Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Ltd.

Taking Care Material Planning Scrutiny, Delivery Performance Development, New Packing size of existing products/customers/ Principal Visit/ ISO Documentation Update and Variety Activities; more details as below :

1. Material planning scrutiny 1.1 Consider all Purchase Requisition prepared by Account Responsibility team in terms of appropriate item, quantity, unit of measurement, and supplier lead time. 1.2 Discuss if any inappropriateness is found and examine the correction. 1.3 Manually approve Purchase Requisition. 1.4 Present Purchase Requisition to Supply Chain Group Manager or Logistics Manager for automated approval.

2. Delivery Performance Development 2.1 Ensure all finished products delivery within expected or required delivery date. 2.2 Collect all principal's delivery performance reports from Account Responsibility. 2.3 Analyze if there are some delays and manage preventive action to avoid recurrence. 2.4 Present the delivery performance reports to Logistics Manager.

3. New Packing size of existing products/customers 3.1 Request the details of material supply from Business Development Department. 3.2 Fill information in planning fields for completing SAP item code requisition form. 3.3 Request the principal's Purchase Order and Forecast from BD and/ or principal. 3.4 Assign the new product to the Account Responsibility to be further in charge of.

4. Principal Visit 4.1 Have an established business relationship with principal. 4.2 Manage and develop budget to meet target area objective. 4.3 Visit Principal to identify needs, resolve issues, and gain business intelligence. 4.4 Request forecast monthly sales, manage to deliver principal's order as scheduled. 4.5 Request principal to provide comment on client satisfaction survey. 4.6 Achieve Customer Relation Management.

5. ISO Documentation Update 5.1 Review and follow ISO to comply with the updated version. 5.2 Train all updated document amongst the Customer Relation Department. 5.3 Act as auditor when having an internal audit and ISO surveillance.

6. Variety Activities 6.1 Participate Revenue meeting weekly. 6.2 Participate Weekly Operation Meeting. 6.3 Distribute Summary Pending order to Production Department weekly. 6.4 Perform Service Level Report monthly. 6.5 Organize and develop the Customer Relation Department. 6.6 Perform administrative function as assigned by logistics Manage.

Qualifications

  • M/F, age 30-40 years old. Thai resident.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in any field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience on Customer Relations Management.
  • Mature, responsible, able to work under high pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possessing high self-confidence and strong leadership skill, teamwork, self-motivated, initiator, yet a positive team player.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Good command in Ms Office, Manufacturing software and computer skills.
