Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy and Management

• Develop and implement IT Infrastructure strategies to support business goals.

• Provide IT Infrastructure services vision, enabling innovation and IT Trends.

• Oversee all IT Infrastructure activities, including network management, system administration and Network Operation Center (24 x 7).

• Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Network Management

• Design, manage and ensure the reliability and performance of the organization’s network infrastructure.

System Management

• Design, plan and implement IT systems to meet business requirements.

Cloud Infrastructure Management

• Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure.

• Ensure the scalability and performance of cloud-based systems.

Network Operation Center (NOC)

• Ensure the system operates efficiently and without issues.

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead and mentor the IT Infrastructure team, fostering a culture of high performance and technical excellence.

Collaboration with Other Departments

• Collaborate with other departments such as Software Development and Customer Services to align IT Infrastructure efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• At least 15 years of experience in the IT field, particularly in managing IT Infrastructure and leading teams

• Serving in senior leadership roles such as IT Infrastructure Manager or Senior Systems Manager at least 8 years

• Gaining experience in various IT functions such as network management, system administration, and IT security.

• Experience in managing large IT projects, from planning and execution to delivery.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams in implementing projects of a complex nature.

• Ability to create and manage the IT department’s budget.

• Strong oral and written skills in English with all levels of management.

Operations Hours: Mon.-Fri. at 08.00 - 17.00

Location: Onsite 100% at Samittivej Srinakarin Hospital, Bangkok
