• To build and sustain agile values, practices and culture (Trust, self-organizing team, collective ownership, teamwork, fun and etc.) to create the high performing teams in organization.
• To facilitate, train, mentor and coach Business/Product Owner and teams to able to run the Agile ceremonies.
• To create, execute and monitor Agile transformation/development plan.
• To be change agent and promote teams' idea sharing and participation.
• To promote organization improvement and transformation via community
• To promote and support engineering practices and techniques in organization (e.g. TDD, Clean Code, Pair Programming, Design Pattern, Refactoring, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Automated Testing and Develop etc.)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Experienced in Agile Coach & Management level.
• Strong knowledge in Agile mindset, engineering practices and methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle.
• Good knowledge in Scaling Agile in organization and project management.
