- แจ้งวัฒนะ
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Developer เพื่อทำการ Design และ Sizing Database Server ให้เหมาะสมกับระบบงาน
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Developer ในการทำ Performance Test ของระบบงาน และดำเนินงานปรับ Tune Performance ของ Database ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- Implement Database Server ตามที่ได้ Design ไว้ ทั้งระดับ Storage -> OS -> Database เพื่อส่งมอบให้กับทีม Developer
- Setup Backup, Monitor, Replicate Operation ของ Database Server
- ดูแลจัดการ Database Security เพื่อควบคุมการเข้าถึง Database ให้เป็นตามมาตรฐาน
- Monitor Database Server เพื่อหาจุดผิดปกติของตัว Database Server เอง และ Statement ที่เกิดจากโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาจากทีม Developer และทำการแจ้งผู้บังคับบัญชาและทีม Developer โดยทันที
- Monitor Database Performance และดำเนินปรับ Tune เพื่อให้ Performance ของ Database ให้คงที่หรือดีขึ้น
- ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเพื่อให้ Database Server กลับมาใช้งาน ได้ก่อนเมื่อเกิดปัญหาหยุดชะงัก และตรวจสอบปัญหาเชิงลึกเพื่อหาสาเหตุของปัญหาและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาในระยะยาว
- Monitor Capacity Database Server แล้วทำรายงานวิเคราะห์สรุปการใช้งาน Database Server ประจำเดือนของระบบงานต่างๆ เพื่อจะส่งให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาและทีม Developer
- ร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชา ในการกำหนดและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการทำงาน การให้บริการของทีม การใช้งานและความปลอดภัยของ Database
- ร่วมกับทีม Capacity Management เพื่อจัดทำ ปรับปรุง Capacity Plan ระบบงานต่างๆ
- ร่วมกับทีม IT Disaster Recovery เพื่อกำหนด จัดทำ ปรับปรุง และทดสอบ แผน DRP ประจำปี
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้ ประสบการณ์ ขั้นตอนการทำงาน ให้กับผู้ร่วมงาน เพื่อให้สามารถทำงานทดแทนกันได้
- เพศชาย / หญิง
- การศึกษาปริญญาตรีทางด้าน IT ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานทางด้าน DBA ของ Oracle หรือ DB2 บน UNIX/Linux ไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมที่มีการใช้งาน Database จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจทางด้าน IT Infrastructure เช่น OS, Storage, Network, Security ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำ Setup Hight Availability ของ Database เช่น Oracle RAC หรือ DB2 Pure Scale รวมทั้งการ Setup Partition Database
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ Tools ในการ Mornitor, Diagnostic และ Performance Tuning ของ Database
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ Tools ในการทำ Information Life Cycle ของข้อมูล
- มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแล Oracle Exadata พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน ถ้าศึกษาหาความรู้ใหม่อยู่ตลอดเวลา
- สามารถทำงานในสภาวะที่หนักและกดดัน ต่อเนื่องหลายวัน ที่อาจถึงวันหยุดได้ และสามารถติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์ได้ตลอดเวลา
