Assistant Store Manager (ASM)
atGagan (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Work on floor in the shop and managing day-to-day operations
- Start learning by working from sales associate duties to understand operation
- before operating the store
- Possess visual merchandising and displays experience
- Leading and driving a sales team to achieve predetermined sales targets and
- ensure of high customer service standards at all time
- Solved problems of sales productivity, inventory control, staffing plan and
- manpower control
- Maintain high level of Customer service; manage all customer issues and
- complaints.
- Thai nationality, Male / Female age between 26-35 years old
- 3 years in retail industry or 3 - 5 years in F&B, Hospitality as supervisor level
- English proficiency in business level
- Passion in fashion and business, eager to learn and grow with the company
- Able to work flexible hours and on weekends (Shift hours)
- Dynamic personality and good people management skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Analytical skill and problem-solving skill
- Possesses positive attitude and flexible
