Travel Consultant (French Speaking)
atEasia Travel (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Elaborate and promote tailor-made programs to overseas Tour Operators and Travel agencies
- Ensure quotations and Sales advice on a daily basis
- Follow up Sales Department procedures & requirements based on flexibility, reactivity, differentiation and competitiveness
- Coordinate with Reservation & Operation Departments in order to ensure high quality on spot (confirmation booking status and solving issues follow up)
- Support Contracting to negotiate special rates for specific requests: budget tour, famtrips, SERIES, etc.
- Promote new products to differentiate ourselves from competition
- Inspect regularly new products on spot for a better expertise
- Advise and empower sales teams from Hanoi Head office
- Keep abreast of the market news and the forthcoming products
- Report to Sales Team Leader & Sales Manager when needed
- University: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/ Tourism management/ Foreign Language
- Having at least 1 years of experience in similar position (Sales department / Travel Agency)
- Excellent ENGLISH & FRENCH speaking & writing skills
- Knowledge about Thailand (suppliers, competitors, products, etc.)
- Understanding of Western markets
- Open-minded, pleasant personality, polite
- Hard worker, flexible, autonomous and very enthusiastic
- Ability to work under high pressure
