Professional Objectives Develop skills in technical documentation, design, visualization, and AI-based knowledge management while contributing to process improvements and digital transformation within the engineering function.
Main objective 1: Update and improve assembly instructions for CRP products to ensure consistency and clarity.

• Review existing assembly instructions for CRP products.
• Identify inconsistencies and gaps in documentation.
• Create improved visualizations (e.g., diagrams, annotated images) using appropriate tools.

Main objective 2: Support the development of an AI agent for technical inquiries related to product performance, compliance, and bar end preparation.

• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to identify and collect relevant technical documents.
• Tag documents with appropriate metadata for AI training.
• Organize documents into designated folders for structured access.

Assist in initial configuration and testing of the AI agent.

Duties include:

• Updating and visualizing assembly instructions for CRP products.
• Document tagging and folder structuring for AI readiness.
• Assisting in AI agent preparation and testing.
• Regular reporting of progress to the Engineering Manager.
• Support the Engineering team in design validation by calculation or simulation
• Support the Product Performance with technical customer inquiries

Qualification Requirements

• 3rd or 4th year university students (mechanical engineering or related field), or recent graduates.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
