DESIGNATION : Safety Officer (Sky Train Project Bangkok)
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Site/Project EHS manager for Safety Inspection topics.
• Closely inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, taking photographs where required.
• Provide support and advice to site personnel to prevent safety construction operation, manual Investigate the cause and analyze injury, illness or disturbances are arising, report the result. including recommend to employer for precaution without delay and minimize safety impacts of operations.
• Considering the appropriateness of protective equipment and ensuring employees have everything they need to work safely.
• Recognize the best practices and the good performance. React to violations to regulations and Alstom Standards.
• Participate and Investigating accidents and complaints.
• General task as per assign from top management.
• Report, Measure & Review.
• Support the EHS Site Manager to capture, report, record, investigate and analyses safety inspection in order to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the preparation of daily Safety inspection reports. Reporting system in line with line reporting requirements and under control by Site/project EHS manager.
• Carry out and Participate Safety audits and inspections with management and follow up report any discrepancy.
• Performance measurements: Safety Inspection Report.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field.
• EHS experience 5 years in M&E construction works
• Strong knowledge of Safety Inspection & Auditing
• Good knowledge and understanding of ISO 14001 & 45001
• Understand knowledge of Thai Labor Law and requirements Department of Labor Protection and Welfare
