Senior Controlling Officer (Budgeting & Costing)
atBeiersdorf (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Customer Planning & Analysis (P&L by customer)
- Prepare month-end accrual and year-end provision
- Prepare monthly commentary report and Strategic Customer Report to be submitted to Global
- Prepare and monitor Trade allowance budget & track performance Budget vs Actuals
- Prepare customer profitability report with insight analysis
- Prepare and ensure timely and accurate completion of budget and forecasts uploading into the system
- Coordinate with DKSH for discount maintenance
- Verify promotion campaign pre & post evaluation
- Verify price and maintain in SAP system
- Verify Sales incentive by channel
- Actively coordinate and support commercial team, provide related training on a regular basis
- Conduct business analysis and provide proposals considering all perspectives
- Support any ad-hoc project initiatives
- Bachelor degree in Finance related field
- Minimum 2+ years working experience (in commercial area will be advantage)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good command of English
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge in financial report and accounting would be advantage
- Familiar with SAP and PowerPoint
