Assistant Financial & Accounting Manager
atAmorepacific (Thailand) Limited- Supervise and develop F&A team to have more efficient in serving internal and external customer requirements.
- Manage overall F&A department to ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
- Manage month-end & year-end closing and provide accrual & adjustment entries to ensure they are accurate and timely submitted
- Prepare and analyzes monthly management reports
- Prepare and review all balance sheet reconciliation
- Maintain and update master record of AP, AR, Fixed Asset and Cost Center
- Maintain fixed assets register and calculate monthly depreciation
- Conduct physical cycle counts of inventory and destruction
- Review the accuracy of VAT reports and withholding tax reports and timely submitted
- Liaise with external auditors, revenue department and other government units
- Support Finance & Accounting Manager for other ad-hoc assignments
- Age around 35-40 years old
- Thai nationality, Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- At least 10 years of working experience in accounting and taxation
- Computer literacy – Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience in SAP
- Self-motivated, result oriented, pro-active, fast learner and team player
- Good command of English communication
