Reporting to the Head of Production , the Production Lead is the link with the team and ensures that all operations are running smoothly. Supporting the Coordinators to organize the assets creation , liaising with Key Account Management to ensure all material is provided and ready on time to maintain clients websites , supporting junior web admin in their daily tasks .

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and creative mindset with previous experience in production or digital agency and project management. Being able to communicate efficiently in Thai and English is a must as well as a strong team player mindset.

Attention to details and understanding of ecommerce challenges are keys qualities that will you succeeding in this newly created position requiring a self-motivated, positive and service oriented personality.

• Managing request and timeline provided by Head of Production.
• Ensuring the Production Coordinators have the right assets and information on time.
• Consistently maintaining and updating the production schedule.
• Supporting the Head of Production in Project implementation after development phase.
• Communicate on progress and escalate pain point to Head of Production
• Evaluate workflow improvement opportunity
• Liaise with internal resources regarding the day to day workflow and priorities

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in Digital Agency or Production Agency.
• Bachelor degree or relevant degree in related field
• Attentive to details and results oriented, with project completion a key facet
• Knowledge of .Xcel and Adobe Creative suite
• Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files)
• Familiar with data management
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Thai
• Ability to code HTML, knowledge of CSS and JS is a plus
• Experience of Magento would be a plus
• Self-motivated team player with natural leadership
• Ability to work in a growing fast paced under tight-timeline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
