Job Description:

Responsibility

• Assist on developing all trade promotion strategies, tactics and investment and align trade investments with Key Products/ Key Channel focus.
• Evaluate promotion effectiveness by utilizing POS available.
• Capable of accessing and utilizing general market data i.e. Nielsen and POS data from Key accounts.
• Launch NPD to the market with optimizing product availability and visibility. Ensure implementing effective sales tools for NPD, Sampling, Promotion, event.
• Work closely with APAC integrating Marketing team to develop POSM and ensure impactful display materials and messages at point of purchase on time.
• Manage and control Budget spending within budget alignment.
• Working with Product Consultants, Sales Representative and Key Accounts team to deliver programs implementation at Store level by leading and guiding team for effective execution.
• Prepare the trade marketing reports for tracking measurement
• Coordination of any frequent/ad-hoc requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least 1 -3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales and Marketing in FMCG business.
• Analytical thinking skill, and proficient in Excel program.
• Strong communication skills, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Good at Excel, Power Point, AI Application
• Own vehicle
• Data Analytic, Power bi is a plus
