Job Description
1) Customer Innovation Center (CIC) , Customer visits management - planning, reservation and registration, preparation, hosting customers and collect customer feedback for CIC tour.
2) CTC SI Park, Customer visits management – reservation and registration, hosting customers for mini CTC tour and collect customer feedback.
3) CIC /CTC facility management – coordinate maintenance and repair works with FAS, exhibits and demo tools maintenance and upgrade.
4) Data management related to CIC and CTC operation – maintain customer visits record and provide relevant data and reports.
5) CIC Digitalization support – support/host CIC virtual tour include cross countries virtual tour with various digital platform (live-stream, pre-recorded videos or HoloLens) and co-develop digital content and assets.
6) Support customer and internal event at CIC facility including special display / exhibition for market focus.
7) Digital coordinator – main liaison between Area Digital Team and Country AE team. Digital tools and studio management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering and related fields
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including influencing in presentation skills.
  • Knowledge skill of digital platform technology and application integration
  • Leadership with collaborative skills
  • Good command of English
