- Responsible for Big Data Architecture
- Design and develop code, scripts, and data pipelines that leverage structured and unstructured data integrated from multiple sources
- Develop and implement scripts for database maintenance, monitoring, performance tuning, and etc.
- Software installation and configuration
- Participating in requirements and design workshops with our clients
- Developing project deliverable documentation
- At least 4 - 5 years of work experience as Data Engineer
- Strong experience with JAVA, Python, Shell Script & SQL programming
- Have background in Big Data Architecture, Unstructured Data and Data Modeling
- Have experience with SQL, NoSQL, relational database design, and methods for efficiently retrieving data
- Experience in building complex distributed batch and real-time systems.
- Experience with HDFS / Hive / Impala / SQoop / Kafka / Flume is a plus
- Understanding of Hadoop framework, data structures, and algorithms.
- Have some background in Banking / Financial business will be a plus
