HRBP
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contributes to the country/country group business agenda in alignment with global/regional business strategy.
- Provides key country insights to help shape relevant global people strategy.
- Applies people strategy based on country-specifics and respective business priorities.
- Helps to define the future workforce needs aligned with future business plan. Proactively implements relevant measures to develop the workforce accordingly.
- Enables leaders to develop their talent.
- Defines the recruiting needs with Business Leaders and local TA team
- Helps leaders define profiles of ideal candidates and is available for interviewing for special critical roles.
- Partners with the business to identify critical roles and build an external talent pipeline.
- Partners with leaders to design and implement their appropriate organization, reflecting the different needs of the country/country group/business within the given global framework.
- Partners/Consults with the business leaders when steering and implementing business transformations.
- Advises, coaches and challenges country leaders (especially country LT) on general organization & people related topics.
- Drives cultural agenda by tailoring global / regional enablers to country specific cultural elements. Shares best practices across the HR community.
- Ensures appropriate change management planning and interventions where/when needed Fosters strong diverse and inclusive organizations
- Maintains sustainable employee relations and trustful relationships with Union/Works Council representatives at country level within country legal entities or at specific sites.
- Ensures fair employee advocacy in all cases of grievances
- Assesses the local need for Employer Branding activities in line with Global/Regional business priorities. Engages with HR Solutions to develop suitable approaches to address those needs. Makes use of internal and external best practices.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build trustful relationships Strong influencing, conflict resolution, consulting, and coaching skills
- Experienced in multidisciplinary projects and corresponding change management Business acumen: Broad and deep understanding of the business
- Broad and deep experience and knowledge of HR Takes a strong stand with leaders when requires
- Ability to reduce complexity, i.e. to focus on the relevant things, which drive value Embraces the potential for digitalization in the HR space
- Ability to leverage data and interpret and generate talent and organizational insights Ability to deal with ambiguity and change with ease
