YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the identification and implementation of business processes improvements (forecasting; account planning, commercial policy development, rebate calculation, SIP etc.).
- Coordinate the development of FS and MS operations strategy and implement within the country
- Coordinate with the Commercial Business Units in developing market estimates, demand forecasts and work with supply chain on supply to achieve the sales forecast.
- Actively drive S&OP process on a weekly basis to ensure accurate forecasting by product by region/territory.
- Provide input and support Commercial Business units in the development and implementation of the Sales budget, bottom up Sales Planning process, alignment of product allocations to manager synergies b/w FS and MS Models
- Market Estimates and Forecasts on a monthly basis for CP and Seeds Development / Implementation and Review of dashboards
- Drive adherence to forecasting process and change management through available IT platforms.
- Provide support to Marketing and Finance team on development and tracking of commercial policies, market funding programs, reviews of incentive working and related year on year analysis of payouts.
- Manage adherence to the CCP and Commercial Policy & marketing program documents.
- Also provide support to the marketing team for obtaining retail level assessment of sales, share trends and feedback on programs and campaigns.
- Attend to customers' and dealers inquires/complaints and provide service/support to the customers/dealers.
- Handle external and internal audits for Commercial Organization
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree, Mathematics, Statistics or Management or Finance
- High Analytical skills with 4 –5 years in Business Analytics role.
- Language skills: Proficient in English (writing and speaking)
- Knowledge of various industries with regards to business planning and forecasting
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Customer focus with collaboration mindset to achieve bigger goals in the organization
- External networking and benchmarking of best practice.
