Responsibilities
- Assigning and controlling and checking the accuracy of the information from the valuation report's received from the draft-man and typist
- Surveying and appraising property valuations
- Providing advisory and consultation to valuation team members with regards to the concept of valuations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and their associates
Qualifications
- Male or Female, Age 35 years old
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate or any related field
- Knowledge in Hotel valuation or Real Estate is an advantage
- Minimum 1 – 2 years experiences in valuation is an advantage
- Good Command of written and spoken English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Computer skill (Microsoft Office)
- Pleasant personality and service minded
- Able to travel upcountry
