Compliance Officer-(CW Tower_Head Office)
atOishi Group PCL- Arranging and organizing meetings (Board, Executives and Shareholder meetings) in compliance with related laws and company rules.
- Preparing corporate documents of company secretarial work.
- Coordinating and liaising with regulators and authorities on regulatory compliance and company secretarial work and general commercial matters.
- Organizing and preparing agendas for and taking minutes of Board, Executives and Shareholder meetings of the Company and its international subsidiaries.
- Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
- Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Laws, Business Administration and related field
- At least 1 years compliance working experience with isted Companies & Stock Exchange Acts and understanding of SEC and SET rules in related to Company Secretary functions.
- Good overview knowledge of compliance
- Good analytical skill.
- Good team management and handle under pressure.
- Excellent in English communication (TOEIC at least 800 point).
