Assistant Shop Manager Trainee (Oishi พื้นที่เขตยานนาวา)
atOishi Group PCL- เปิดร้าน เปลี่ยนกะ ปิดร้าน และดูแลร้านในกะของตัวเอง
- ดูแลเงินยอดขายของร้านสาขา
- ดูแลทรัพย์สินต่างๆ ภายในร้านสาขา
- ปฏิบัติและตรวจสอบ QSC ของสาขา
- สั่ง - รับสินค้าและจัดทำระบบ inventory ภายในร้านสาขา
- ให้ข้อมูลในเรื่องสินค้าและบริการของร้าน รวมถึงโปรโมชั่นต่าง ๆ ให้กับลูกค้า
- แก้ไขปัญหากรณีลูกค้าร้องเรียนในกะของตนเอง และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้การบริการลูกค้าได้เป็น อย่างดี
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายบริษัท และเชื่อฟังคำสั่งผู้บังคับบัญชาอย่างเคร่งครัด
- หากพบสิ่งผิดปกติ และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในร้านสาขา ให้รายงานผู้จัดการสาขา/ผู้จัดการเขต ทราบทันที
- จัดตารางการทำงานของพนักงาน และควบคุมค่าแรงเบื้องต้นภายในร้านสาขา
- ทำงานด้านงานเอกสารต่างๆ เพื่อส่งสำนักงานใหญ่
- เพศชาย – หญิง อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี อัธยาศัยดี และสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ทัศนะคติดี มีภาวะความเป็นผู่นำ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถมีบุคคลค้ำประกันได้ตามเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด
- เรียนรู้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สามารถเข้างานเป็นกะได้
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานด้านบริการเป็นอย่างดี
- มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม เช่น ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต
- หมายเหตุ: ผู้สมัครงานตำแหน่งนี้ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
