1. Work with cross function team to Identify problems or opportunities in existing processes, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring techniques or process are feasibility.

2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure all improvement projects & Tasks are delivered on-time, achieve the process target or goal within scope.

3. Lead and support root cause analysis when plant and equipment issues arise. Suggest corrective and preventative actions and ensure that these are appropriately documented, support implementation to achieve target.

4. Facilitate and support for the deployment of new equipment/change processes & technology to provide improved results and involve for commissioning/validation and ongoing operation & maintenance.

5. Develop standard procedures/project documentation/knowledge transfer/guidance/training material be practiced and maintained in front line. To provide training and guide resource as needed.

6. Coach and Supervise team to perform well projects and tasks handling to achieve per plan and target

7. Other assignment ( Urgent Task, Project Study, Learning, etc.)

Job Specification

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.

2.Proven experience in project management.

3.Demonstrated ability to lead project teams of various sizes and manage projects through to completion.

4.Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

5.Experience in Food and Beverage Manufacturing is an advantage.

6.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

7.Experience in budget management.
