Employee Engagement Design & Data Analyst

Project Period: September 2026 – January 2027
Work Arrangement: 3 days/week in office, 2 days/week WFH
Location: Bangkok, Thailand

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a University Professor, Master’s student / intern, researcher, data analyst, or anyone interested in Employee Engagement and HR Analytics to support an employee engagement survey project across Thailand, Myanmar, and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Design an employee engagement survey based on global best practices, such as Gallup, Aon, and Mercer.

• Support the online survey in Thai, English, Myanmar, and Indonesian.

• Track survey participation and provide regular updates by country and function.
• Analyze survey data and identify key engagement drivers, strengths, and gaps.
• Develop an interactive dashboard with drill-down by country and function.

• 
  Prepare reports for:

  • Total OSP
  • Thailand, Myanmar, and Indonesia
  • Functions / Departments
• Provide practical recommendations and action plans to improve employee engagement.

Qualifications

• University Professor / Lecturer, Master’s student / intern, researcher, data analyst, or someone with relevant experience or interest.

• Interest or experience in Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, People Analytics, Research, or Data Analysis.

• Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Power BI or other dashboard tools is a plus.

• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
