Tenant Service Manager

atCP Axtra PCL (Lotus's)

  • 1-year contract


Key Responsibility

  • Management of annual space rental contracts new lease agreement and annual contract renewal with tenants Ready to follow up for all contracts to enter into the system
  • Managing the Call Center regarding customers interested in renting space, receiving complaints about the Mall and coordinating with relevant parties. Supervise and follow up with necessary long-term solutions
  • To be the main contact (Contact point) for various services of the tenant.
  • Manage services to tenants to a professional standard. to deliver a good experience increase satisfaction Build relationships and build loyalty that brings income. and good image of the organization
  • Prepare a database to collect Information on important issues related to services and other things related to tenants. find a solution communicate with executives
  • Maintain a safe environment for tenants


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related fields
  • 5 years of experience in Shopping Center Management, Service Business, Commercial building, Wholesale, or Retail is preferable
  • Able to travel alone throughout Thailand
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer service mind
  • Ability to plan, organize work, and work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Proficient in MS-Office, expert in Excel and PowerPoint
