Key Responsibility

• Define the Lotus's Operation risk management policies and frameworks aligned with CP Group and appropriate with Lotus's business operations
• Lead the team to perform the monitoring and review of Lotus's operations process and checklist i.e. loss, service, signage, safety and quality etc to ensure the accuracy, transparency and compliance with the identified policies and frameworks
• Work with the business as supportive with ability to add value to ensure that the key risks are understood, the key developments and change projects are monitored, and audit issues are addressed in a timely and effective way
• Prepare and present the regular progress updates to group audit committee
• Drive follow up/conclusion of agreed actions arising from audits and provide consultation and recommendation to close audit gap
• Continually looking for ways to improve the audit function and to deliver sustainable improvements to the Lotus's business
• Working collaboratively with external auditors and CP Group Auditor to understand the implications of external factors on Lotus given increasing regulation

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of significant internal or external audit experience including forensic auditing
• Experience of working in retail sector
• Understanding of governance and compliance processes in large and complex organizations
• Experience in Auditor Leadership role
