Senior Manager – New Channel Business

atCP Axtra PCL (Lotus's)
  • Lead and implement new eCommerce initiatives/ projects, ensuring they are strategically integrated into company digital landscape anddrive overall sales growth, brand awareness and influence.
  • Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices. Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure eCommerce principlesare incorporated.
  • Work closely with eCommerce team to help craft and drive marketing strategies/ initiatives from the depth of customer driven data.
  • Analyse trends and report on relevant business metrics to understand the health, challenges and eCommerce growth opportunities.
  • Develop, execute, test and evaluate marketing strategies/ initiatives in collaboration with e-commerce team and cross functional partners from conception through delivery.
  • Drive ROI via performance-based and brand-building marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and successfully attract and retain customers.
  • Manage a variety of customer and competitive research projects with a goal of linking customer research findings to business strategy and implications.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 5 years of combined professional experience in eCommerce and business consulting
  • Solid communication, project management, prioritization,presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong knowledge of social and interactive marketing trends
  • Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Ability to balance execution with strategy, as is the ability to manage multiple parties and work cross-functionally in the organization
  • Passionate about digital/eCommerce space and abreast of key trends, benchmarks and innovations in the industry
  • Quickly adapt to change/new situation and work with minimal supervision while staying focused, productive and delivering the result
  • Work well under pressure and cross-functional teams
