Job Highlights

• Accountable for Store manpower calculation in associate level, and store payroll budget at store level setting.
• Responsible for store manpower scheduling based on “The right people at the right time” by using appropriate tools e.g. Scheduler system or worksheet template.
• Deliver a complete product to Retail operations as a result of the following team responsibilities.

Job Description

• Conduct time study to establish engineered standards for retail operations. Maintain and improve the measurement process.
• Lead team to analyze time to evaluate sequence of operations, motion, methods, workload to identify standard and opportunities for improvement.
• Redesign and provide the accurate scheduling tool to ensure correct and consistent methodology for stores to use their hours effectively.
• Responsible for PMO Management to ensure implementation is effectively landed and elevate end-to-end retail operations. Work in partnership with cross functional teams.
• Build strong teamwork environment and regularly coach team members on productivity and scheduling concept

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics or business related fields
• Experience in designing Process Improvement or developing highly dynamic workforce model
• Familiar with efficiency Model i.e. Lean, Lean Six Sigma skills is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and logical thinking skills
• Good planning, organizing, and presentation skills
• Good negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy MS Excel, PowerBI, Project Management, etc.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
