Key Responsibility

• Day to Day Project Management activities in line with the Programme governance structure, monitoring and reporting project progress to ensure effective delivery within agreed scope, quality and timelines, escalating risks and issues;
• Manage a team of people setting clear direction, priorities and ways of working, providing hands on support when necessary to ensure leading practice policies and processes are delivered in line with the Programme vision;
• Maintain all project related documentation, including project plans, risk and issue registers;
• Manage the review and approval of change requests and user stories, ensuring key assumptions and design decisions are documented, validated with stakeholders and presented to the Programme design authority for review and sign off;
• Preparing and maintaining project plans in collaboration with Technology and impacted business users;
• Oversee the performance of comprehensive test assurance activities (including E2E, UAT, data migration and operational acceptance)
• Ensure application support, administration activities and Cut Over activities are appropriate, well documented and implemented as planned;
• Arrange the post-implementation review and capture lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or a related field
• At least 6 year experiences in project management within professional services or related fields
• Experience in Retail business is a plus
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Ability to work autonomously while also managing aggressive delivery schedules
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be highly organized
• Strong problem solving, people-management skills negotiation skills as well as a passion for improving on process
• Excellent command of English and strong Excel / database skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and team management
