Key Responsibility

• Initiate insight and analysis report that support business requirement for Head Office, Store and DC both Thailand & Malaysia and being able to give recommendations based on insight findings
• Interpret and turn people big data into meaningful insight for each function to use for performance improvement and colleague engagement
• Being innovative and forward looking in terms of insight report and tools, offering new initiatives and food for thoughts from available data
• Proactively make continuous improvement on insight report and data interpretation, making it simple and user friendly
• Build data sources and use analytics tools that offer deeper insight into the pipeline, allowing for critical discoveries surrounding key performance indicators and stakeholder activities.
• Manage team to gathering and validate data for analysis and build executive summary report in order to provide better solution for customer/business.
• Work closely with People Partner/GPM to understand root cause of colleague movement, incorporate with data from the system to interpret movement trend for meaningful insight

Qualifications

• Experience in Computing/Information Technology/HR Data analyze / Project Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Thai
• Flexible, Self-motivated and result-oriented and a good team player with adaptable to achieve set targets/results
