Officer - Product Operation (Item Maintenance)
atCP Axtra PCL (Lotus's)- Maintain product information for the B2B sales channel, including the addition and removal of product listings
- Upload cost prices for CPF product groups
- Upload selling prices for CPF and Non-CPF products that require exclusion from the RPM (Retail Price Management) system
- Create and maintain B2B hierarchy structures, and upload product group data to ensure accurate product display in the SM1 application
- Upload store vendor information for CPF products
- Create a new Class Price or Class Cost to support the new business group in B2B
- Perform issue investigation and resolution based on reports from the operation team or the Taokae team concerning products that cannot be sold via the SM1 application, ensuring completion within 24 hours
- Provide support to the IT team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for systems related to B2B operations, including RMS and Smart Soft
