• Experience Property Portfolio in order to identify
• Experience in Landlord dealing and land valuation
• Experience in Land boundary, Land measurement

Key Responsibility

• To review Property Portfolio and Asset Valuation periodically in order to identify opportunities to maximize the company assets value.
• To drive and develop sites through property process and complete in timeline to deliver Redevelopment and Lease Extension, and Refresh Program.
• To acquire land / property with justification of site costs based on market price, valuation and comparison among other Lotus's stores and negotiate site cost to achieve the best property deal.
• To conduct all programs and identify business strategy with team. Ensure presentation/proposal is at high quality standard and bring proposal to seek approval.
• To coordinate with cross functional teams to find best solutions without business disruption.
• Looking after property of store property line, land boundary, land measurement and aggression and to conduct Landlord relationship program.
• To ensure database up to date and alert team lead and Head of Assets and Estates for any risks.
• Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best.
• Forecasting and managing my budgets effectively. To ensure site cost kept under approved budget.
• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
• To be able to lead the team and senior management and also play as a team player role at the same time.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate or Architecture or Property related disciplines
• Solid Experience in assets and estates at least 8 years with property background
• Knowledge in Redevelopment, Rent Negotiation, Contract Renewal, Financial Feasibility, Property Portfolio Management

• Knowledge in Valuation
• Good command of English and computer literacy
• Able to travel to upcountry
