Key Responsibility:

  • Track and analyze consumer sentiments.
  • Responsible for monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on customer satisfaction metrics to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize customer feedback data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • Present findings to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with all vendors with the detailed brief, all internal key stakeholders for each project ensuring the successful execution of all processes

Qualification:

  • Bachelors or advanced degree in any field
  • A minimum of 2-3 of working experiences with Customer satisfaction program
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Understanding of social media measurement
