Key Responsibility

• Develop KOL marketing strategy, segmentation and targeting of marketing campaign for O2O business
• Work closely with Trade Plan and Campaign manager to understand the thematic of Trade and Campaign Program
• Ideate and create campaign in acquiring & maintaining KOL/influencers
• Select, deal, arrange meeting and remind on each account to execute the campaign
• Track, analyze, and monitor KOL performance
• Ensure that the briefs, Value, Weekly Promotions and Brand campaigns for communication work are clear, robust, rooted in customer insight
• Manage the budget and forecast of all communications assets production & ongoing commitment to efficiencies where applicable.
• Keep abreast of external shifts and innovations in the market that can be applied to communications delivery/development
• Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.
• Other assignments as deem appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Marketing
• Specialize in KOL Management, health & beauty category is preferable
