Key Responsibility:

• Support Sr. Design Manager to the development of Stores with team regarding store Design according to layouts and Design standard​
• Implement changes to make Stores simpler for staff and better for our customers​
• Achieve key performance indicators whilst balancing quality and best value to business and our customer​
• Implement cost saving initiatives whilst maintaining quality and fit for purpose of Stores​
• Manage contractor for construction drawings approval to ensure the best quality of design work delivered
• Initiate and introduce new design for Lotus’s stores, malls and other development projects to create exciting shopping experience for our customers. Bring the ideas to life.​
• Supervise concept of branding and rebranding of stores.​
• Collaborate with multi disciplinary teams, especially Customer, Store Operation and Product teams in developing creative design solutions for stores and ensure smooth and timely implementation.​
• Collaborate with Mall development team in developing design solutions supporting a seamless experience between stores and malls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design​
• At least 3 years of experience in Retail business
• Analytical skills and problem solving skills​
• Good command of English both speaking and writing​
• Creativity, service minded and careful ​
• Be able to work with cross functional ​
• Able to work Upcountry from time to time
