Whatever/Whenever Agent (Guest Service Officer)
atW Bangkok- Answers and directs all incoming calls. Dispatches Service Express Delivery attendants and other related associates via two-way communication, takes Room Service orders, Star Service acts as a back-of-the-house Concierge as well a Reservation Agent, if required.
- Excellent English communication skill both verbal and written
