Senior Finance – Receive 1 Position Urgent! (Green Valley Campus)

atThe American School of Bangkok
  • Entering the invoices into the system correctly to ensure the due payments are under control on time
  • Payment process by cheque with providing supporting documents
  • Payment process by wire transfer both local transferring and international transferring with providing supporting documents
  • Preparing journal voucher of the adjustment when required
  • Prepare VAT, Withholding Tax doc and others as necessary
  • Filing and in order all of the documents and any others assignment
  • Female age not over 40 years old, Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Good computer literate and accounting system software
  • Strong analytical skills and focus on details
  • Fair command of written and spoken English
  • Needs to be proactive, good service minded and a good team player
  • Able to work under pressure

  • 3 years
