Responsible for answering calls and E-Mail from customers, assisting them with entering incidents / problems / Request into service desk system, and escalating critical issues to our internal support team.

  • Provide consistent quality customer services to external clients based on SLA
  • Responsible for answering calls and E-Mail from customers, assisting them with entering incidents / problems / Request into service desk system, and escalating critical issues to our internal support team.
  • Log and track requests, and also update E-Mail status to customer.
  • Monitoring status and escalation to support team if required.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting
  • Responsible for monitoring alarm escalation to customer and internal.
  • Making summary and analysis customer's trouble.
  • Providing the appropriate solution for customer.
  • Reporting (documentation) by monthly basis (or depends on customer's requirement).
  • Enable to work customer sites:
  • oHead Office: Soi Sadhupradist 45, Sadhupradist Road or
  • oWarehouse: Soi Sadhupradist 49, Sadhupradist Road or
  • oFactory: Well Grow Industrial Estate, Bangna-Trad Road Km.36
  • Male or Female, age 22 – 33 years old. (Welcome new Graduate)
  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • At least 0-2 year experiences in helpdesk support.
  • Experience of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is advantage and has skill in incident management.
  • Experience of Supply Chain Management, IT Infrastructure is advantage and has skill in incident management.
  • Customer service mind and good in co-ordination skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skill in English is required.
