We are currently expanding our Research and Consultancy Group in the Bangkok office and are seeking an enthusiastic Analyst or Senior Analyst to support our efforts to provide clients with in depth insight and analysis on real estate markets in Thailand, Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Myanmar.

• Obtain, update and expand our best-in-class research database
• Compose local and regional research reports related to real estate issues
• Assist in the preparation consultancy reports as appropriate
• To provide English language support services to clients
• To meet and coordinate with clients and industry professionals
• To perform other tasks as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Architecture or other related field
• Proactive, Detail-Oriented, and Outgoing personality / work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
• Able to clearly and effectively communicate in English, both in writing and speaking
• Motivated and self-starting with a desire to succeed and contribute to the success of a team
