Job Summary

Single point of contact (SPOC) on Operations aftersales service to Key account customer


Job Description

  • Single point of contact (SPOC) on Operations aftersales service to Key account Customer
  • Overseeing the entire planned maintenance cycle for customer's critical services
  • Provide data information that customer needed.
  • Built more relationship with enterprise customer & provide the best customer experience for the best customer satisfaction
  • Conduct monthly Performance Reviews basically covers the following:
  • Previous meeting minutes
  • Present monthly network availability report
  • Summary of Incidents
  • Develop improvement plan for prolong outages, found no fault, repeated fault, chronic problem, etc.
  • Update or review any improvement plan
  • Response VOC(voice of customer) and coordinate relate team to improve our service.
  • Manage Major/Critical Activity which impact to Key account customer


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience working in Telecom ,IP Networking , Cloud or Microsoft service
  • Excellent managerial skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, judgment, negotiation and decision-making and time management skills.
