- Design customer journey and develop standard processes for AIS Shop and leverage to ASP and Telewiz
- Develop UX/UI design, Design customer use case,business test, and deploy services to ensure proper shop solutions
- Work with Solution Team to integrate related business condition and information by design end-to-end work process
- Deploy new shop experience at AIS Shop, ASP and ensure successful deployment at Telewiz
