Draft, review and revise agreements and letters regarding value added service on mobile devicesJob Description
- Draft, review and revise agreements and letters regarding value added service on mobile devices such as AIS PLAY, Mobile Music, Content Partners, Game Businesses and Mobile Applications in both Thai and English
- Draft, review and revise agreements and letters regarding online insurance broker
- Attend a meeting and provide legal opinion regarding NBTC's rules and regulations including other rules of relevant regulators and government agencies as well as draft, review and revise agreements and letters regarding value added service such as Video Business, Mobile Musics, Content Partners, Game Businesses and Mobile Applications in both Thai and English
- Attend a meeting and provide legal opinion regarding NBTC's rules and regulations including other rules of relevant regulators and government agencies as well as draft, review and revise agreements and letters regarding e-money, e-payment, e-commerce and online insurance broker in both Thai and English
- Study new laws relating to the scope of digital service and mobile payment team such as NBTC's regulations, BOT's Notifications and Copyright law, and prepare the conclusion of such new laws for working teams
- Translate contracts, agreements, service terms and conditions, quotations, letters and corporate documents (company's affidavit, articles of association, list of shareholder, company annual report etc.)
- Proceed any other work upon the superior's command
