Job Summary
Responsiblefor products and services management on website and other related onlinechannels. Develop and improve online channels to acquire new subscribers both fromnew SIM, Mobile Number Port-in (MNP), and Prepaid to Postpaid conversion
Job Description
Manage products and services online including ofpostpaid & prepaid SIM, mobile packages for new registering, MNP, and prepaidto postpaid conversion in order to acquire new subscribers.
Monitor SIM/numbering stocks online, manageinventory and forecast sales as well as to co with other departments forproduct preparation and number loading to website.
Monitor and improvecustomer journey for online acquisition services and initiate new digitalchannels to acquire new subscribers.
Analyze online sales report and website trafficas well as customer behavior for e-commerce to develop effective marketingcampaign and IMC.
Assist team forcustomer issues and cases from Online Acquisition. Co with other departmentsand Logistics Partner or backoffice teams to solve customer's problems.
Create innovativeonline acquisition with business partners and develop affiliate model to gain onlinenew subscribers.
