Job Description
Support team to consult and fix problem.
Cost management.
Internet system service implementation.
  • Email,DNS,LDAP,Domain SSL system service provisioning management team
  • Capacity management policy.
After sale support.
  • Second tier support internet system(email system,DNS,LDAP,Domain SSL,F5)trouble shooting .
  • Service improvement .
EDS monitoring system.
  • Server infra EDS monitoring system (Netgain,CACTI,Zabbix)capacity and fix problem.
  • Support Server speed test for EDS customer.
  • Support NFV OS installation support internal.

Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • Has 15-20 years of experience in management computer network and system admin related to computer engineer or IT network infrastructure business.People management.
  • Problem management and decision making skill.
  • Has ability to learn and has knowledge in IT networking and system admin.
  • Experienced in (Email,DNS,VMware).it will be an advantage.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Positive attitude, reliable and working time flexibility.
